Job Description
Call center agents take calls from customers to handle complaints, orders, questions, and other concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain professional tone throughout customer interaction, regardless of customers’ issue
- Update customer information as needed in CRM system
- Resolve customers’ issues quickly and accurately
- Meet or exceed call goals set by supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
